Todd English's Olives, at the Bellagio, comes in as the top eatery in this famous hotel establishment getting a high recommendation from locals.  A little on the pricey side, nevertheless the Mediterranean menu is creative, the desserts blissful, and the the ambience posh.  You can't beat the dazzling view of the Bellagio fountains.   Estimated cost per person for dinner is $35 - $45.
