The Broiler is considered by locals to be one of Las Vegas' top places for steak and seafood, and, compared to others, one of the more economical restaurants in town.  It is located at the Boulder Station Hotel and Casino.  This exquisite establishment combines fine food with the ambience of dark wood.  The salad bar is beyond salad  - offering more than 40 items that include gourment, fresh seafood, homemade soup, and the finest ingredients you can find. 

And, beware of the Fantasy Brunch on the Sundays when the gastronomical selection includes carving to seafood, to sushi and potato pancakes, every breakfast selection imaginable, bottomless champagne and endless dessert.
